EFESTI SUGGESTS: MADE IN EX GHETTO E MATRIOSKA LAB STOREEfesti
Creativity, style, know-how, craftsmen and, why not, the whole contained in a festive atmosphere. For the approaching weekend, Efesti recommends two events: one in the shadow of the two Towers and the other, for those who will move to the Riviera, in Rimini.
The first is MADE IN ex GHETTO, to will be held in Bologna on Saturday 30 May, from 17.00 to 23.00. Much more than just a street party, the event will turn on the spotlight on a small neighborhood, one of the most characteristic of the old town center. It may, in fact, walk among designer shops, small exhibitions and craft workshops that will show at the public that craftsmanship quality for which the former ghetto is famous, accompanied by tastings at restaurants and cafes of the area, and by pleasing concerts scattered in the alleys. A good opportunity to see up close the spirit of the neighborhood even more vital, make of tradition, craftsmanship and hospitality, as demonstrated by the symbol of the ghetto: an open hand, recalling the quality craftsmanship that featured the area and at the same time refers to a Jewish symbol. A wonderful event that provides an opportunity to enjoy and discover the picturesque setting that hosts it.
The second one will take place in Rimini from May 30 to June 2 at the former bus station “Corriere Padane”, located in Via Roma, c / o Antiteatro Romano. We are talking about Matrioska Lab Store, the emerging artists and creatives container that produce unique objects with their hands, now in its seventh edition. An event born with the intent to make room for manu / fattieri – as the organization likes to call them – facilitating the exchange, communication and sharing of ideas in an ever new space, from time to time voluntarily chosen to contrast with the ‘ activity time by designers in order to give to the urban city a new life and new meanings. And it’s so that for four days, in addition to being able to touch closely the Made in Italy creativity, you have the ability to follow a program full of events, ranging from: workshops, parties, meetings with the most eclectic designers active in the field of architecture , graphics and design up to #MusicMarket2015, the first festival that combines disk market, meeting record labels, laboratories and workshops, live music and DJ set.
Perhaps, we are biased, so we suggest you have a first-hand experience and see how this land is always full of ideas and knows how to combine culture with a festive atmosphere, providing opportunities for knowledge sharing and to better enjoy our free time.
